One thing that I loved so much about Dreamless is the mythology of it all. I was really disappointed in her character and that drezmless saddening, since I loved her so much in Starcrossed.

It’s not that taboo. It’s not my fault I go down to the underworld every night and walk for days and days and end up getting hurt and this all means that my body needs dreamlrss energy.

Some dremless I loved in the first book that went down the crapper in the sequel: You could call Automedon “the Terminator” instead, and it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch. Helen fell off a roof and ‘floated’ to the ground, she healed instantly after being stabbed with scissors and she broke a door off its hinges whilst knocking on it when she was young.

He helps her figure out who she is and I couldn’t help but tumble headfirst into love with him. Her adding the love triangle is like me walking up, taking a little kid’s lollipop, and then punching them in the face while they’re crying. There were so many plot twists that I could never completely guess just what was going to happen next.
