Limnological studies on freshwater ponds of Hyderabad-India I. The ponds studied, differed substantially in the degree of organic pollution. Physico-chemical complexes occurring in the ponds were analysed which exhibit interesting interrelationships. The investigation indicated certain important complexes operating in the ecosystem.
